- Email Address: Several locations on the Site may permit you to enter your email address for purposes including but not limited to: registering for access to certain information, signing up for email newsletters, and special offers.
- Phone Number: SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not being shared.
Information Use and Disclosure
- Communications with You: We will use your personal information to communicate with you about the Site and your account, requests for information, and deliveries. When you fill out one of our forms, we may send you a confirmation email.

- We may disclose personal information to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by us about our Site users is among the assets transferred.

All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. - Other Third-Party Service Providers: MyDirect IRA may from time to time contract with other third-party providers to perform tasks related to other parts of our business operations. These contracted parties may only use your information in connection with the performance of required tasks, they may not sell your information to anyone else. These service providers include third parties who perform transaction and payment processing, transaction monitoring, data analytics, identity verification, data storage, etc.
OFFLINE COLLECTION

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. If you have opted-in to receive SMS messages, you agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number.
